Join Stockland's Group Legal and Risk team as a Contract Specialist supporting our fast‐growing Land Lease Communities business.
Based in our South Brisbane office, this permanent role offers hybrid working, with three days in the office and two from home. You will play a critical role in delivering accurate, compliant, and customer‐focused contract administration supporting the sales, and settlements across our land lease communities.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will manage the end to end contracting process for allocated Land Lease Communities, supporting transactions from exchange through to settlement. Your work will directly support customers, internal stakeholders, and revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting, issuing, and executing contracts and related documentation
* Supporting smooth settlements by preparing settlement statements and managing reconciliations
* Working across systems including DocuSign, Salesforce, and SharePoint
* Partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Development, and external stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements
* Ensuring compliance with governance, controls, and Land Lease Community compliance plans
* Participating in training and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
This role exists to ensure contracts are managed accurately, efficiently, and with care, supporting a positive experience for homeowners, predominantly aged 50 and over.

Experience & Skills That Count
* Experience in contract administration, conveyancing, or property transactions
* Understanding of real estate development
* Familiarity with systems such as DocuSign, Salesforce, and SharePoint
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
* Confidence working across compliance and risk frameworks
Formal licences or registrations are welcome but not mandatory. Practical experience and capability are key.
