About the Role
As a Grower, you'll play a hands‐on role as part of the growing team, working to ensure the health and quality of plants across our 10‐acre property. This is a physically demanding role requiring a proactive and detail‐oriented individual.
Key Tasks
* Monitoring plant health
* Watering and applying fertilisers
* Managing pests and diseases
* Moving stock
* Spraying chemicals
* Maintaining hygienic growing areas
