We're partnering with a fast-growing Australian AI consultancy helping organisations adopt and implement AI in a practical, commercial way.
They're hiring an Account Executive to lead outbound sales, build a territory from the ground up, and play a key role in shaping the overall GTM motion.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role to start, with a clear pathway into a Head of GTM / leadership position within 6–12 months for the right performer.
What you'll be doing:
Owning outbound sales across a defined territory
Building a book of business that delivers ~$1m in revenue
Selling end-to-end: outbound → close → ongoing account growth
Working closely with marketing and outbound support to drive pipeline
Helping refine messaging, ICP, and the broader GTM engine
What they're looking for:
Proven SaaS or tech sales experience (AI experience not essential)
An existing network in eCommerce & Retail, Construction & Engineering, or Higher Education
Comfortable selling to senior executives
Strong new business hunter mindset
Deal & comp details:
ACV: $50k – $350k
Base salary up to $160k (depending on seniority)
Uncapped commission with very strong upside
Significant autonomy and ownership from day one
