* Key Responsibilities:

* Support the manager by providing crucial inputs into strategic planning and decision-making.
* Conduct complex financial modeling and scenario analysis to understand the potential impacts of changes to investment profiles and actuarial projections.
* Deliver high-quality financial reports and briefs to stakeholders, including executive summaries and key performance indicators.
* Manage taxation activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Develop and implement processes to improve financial management systems and processes.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective financial performance management and reporting.
* Identify opportunities to improve investment profiles and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record of leadership experience in a finance environment.
* Extensive experience in corporate finance, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Proficiency in innovative planning, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
* Demonstrated experience in preparing financial statements and managing taxation activities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with government or regulatory environments is an advantage.
