This is a stand-out opportunity for a CTP professional who is strong technically, enjoys guiding others, and wants a role where their judgement actually shapes outcomes.
You'll join a long tail CTP team that handles the more interesting and complex work across injury, impairment, common law and interstate matters.
Instead of carrying your own portfolio, you'll step into a key coaching and technical support role, working directly with Case Managers to lift capability, strengthen decision-making and help them navigate difficult claims with confidence.
It's a role with influence, visibility and genuine impact.

For you:Salary around $125k package, with flexibility for standout experience
Hybrid model: 2 days in the Sydney office / 3 days WFH

You will:Be the go-to technical expert for a team of skilled CTP Case Managers
Coach and mentor case managers to build capability and improve technical quality
Guide complex liability and whole person impairment decisions
Support common law matters and help shape technical strategy
Conduct technical reviews and provide clear, practical feedback
Work closely with panel solicitors and contribute to legal discussions
Strengthen consistency, decision-making quality and scheme compliance
Help uplift common law and injury management capability across the team
Your background will include:Strong experience in CTP, personal injury or a similar injury scheme
Confidence interpreting legislation and guiding others through complex decisions
A steady, supportive style that brings out the best in people
Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting case managers (formally or informally)
Interest in complex claims, common law and technical problem-solving
Clear communication and a calm, practical approach
