With less than 70 children when at full capacity, this role is manageable and comes with less stress than some of the bigger centres in the area.

We are looking for a strong leader with experience in a similar setting.
You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served.
About the roleYou will oversee the daily operations, including but not limited to: Guiding and mentoring a small-medium team of Educators Supporting and upholding the Centres policies, procedures, philosophy and regulations,Attend to administration tasksDevelop collaborative partnerships with families Develop meaningful relationships with the wider local communityEnsure the highest quality of education and care is transferred throughout.
The non-negotiables Diploma in Child Services (or higher) Minimum of 2 years continuous experience in a senior leadership role in a long daycare setting (not negotiable)Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning FrameworkInherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staffWillingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learningExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider communityStrong organisational and time management skills What next?
