Baker / Bakery Assistant (2 positions) required for busy wholesale bakery in Marrickville. Friendly team, no overnight shifts.

1 x Casual position (which may lead to full time)
We are looking for an experienced baker, knowledgeable in Artisan Sourdough and yeasted products. Physically fit and hard working. Second roll is a casual baker.
Understanding of Mixing, Shaping, Proving / Baking large volumes of sourdough / rolls, and experience in one or two of the sections.
On job training provided
