Full time Chef De Partie
Annual salary, 4 weeks paid annual leave, superannuation, tips
4 day work week, 3 days off every week
Staff meals provided each day
What we are looking for:
* At least 1 year experience working within a fine dining or high end restaurant
* Well-presented and professional with an exceptional work ethic and attitude
* Passionate about learning and developing your skills
* Able to maintain high quality standards, run your own section and multi-task in a busy, open kitchen
* High level of attention to detail, punctual and reliable
The Chef De Partie will be required to:
* Learn how to work all sections of the kitchen
* Follow directions from and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
* Come to work with a positive attitude and drive to succeed every day
* Provide consistent, exceptional quality work every day
* Be fluent in English
* Hold the necessary cooking certificate/diploma or have at least 2 years relevant work experience
* Have full Australian working rights
* Be available to work nights and weekends
