Job Title: Site Operations Manager
The role of Site Operations Manager involves leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve company targets.
This key position requires:
* Optimizing performance of personnel, equipment and plant
* Supervising Health, Safety and Environment teams
* Accountability for production targets, customer relations, quality compliance, crushing and screening, drill and blast, maintenance, stockpiling, load out, and quarry development
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in safety-oriented leadership, relevant legislation and regulations, and a strong maintenance background.
They will also possess a thorough understanding of Drill & Blast and Quarry development as well as practical crushing and screening experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example, promote a positive work culture and foster open communication among team members.
Additionally, they will be required to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
