Bar & Gaming Attendant - Royal Beenleigh With great gaming comes great responsibility! We're looking for a Bar & Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. You'll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.
Responsibilities
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
* Share passion for our products and recommend the perfect drink to guests.
* Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction engaging and memorable.
* Maintain high standards from the first pour of the day to closing, participating in front-line operations.
* Support the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
* You're natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
* You're a team player motivated to create magic for guests and teammates.
* You have a current RSA, RSG and flexible availability.
* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset.
