Looking for a role where you can own your work, solve problems, and make an impact ? We’re hiring a Retail Technology Assistant to help onboard stores to our loyalty program, integrate POS systems, and support retail technology operations. 
What You’ll Do 
- Lead store onboarding – Set up and integrate new stores into our loyalty system. 
- Manage POS & API integrations – Ensure smooth connections between systems and troubleshoot issues. 
- Work with vendors – Oversee IT aspects of vendor onboarding and manage timelines. 
- Support & problem-solve – Identify and fix technical issues quickly. 
- Bridge the gap – Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical teams. 
- Document & improve – Maintain clear technical guides and suggest system improvements. 
What You’ll Need 
- Experience in technology support, integrations, or a similar role. 
- Understanding of APIs, POS systems, and app development processes. 
- Strong communication skills – Able to explain technical details in simple terms. 
- Problem-solving and project management skills – Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. 
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
