Talent Acquisition Advisor Role

As a critical member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and developing tailored talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted talent acquisition plans
* Deliver high-quality client service support to all stakeholders
* Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and timely
* Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches and build merit pools aligned to key skills
* Support senior team members in the delivery of executive recruitment
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment. You will also possess prior experience building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely process and policy advice to complex enquiries, and experience proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasks or projects.
