We are advertising on behalf of our client (Niko Niko). Position: Chef (ANZSCO ). Work Type: Full Time. Location: 535 High St, Echuca VIC 3564. Salary: $76,000 - $78,000 + Superannuation. Our Client NIKO NIKO is seeking a highly motivated & enthusiastic Chef to join their team.
Main Tasks:
* Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.
* Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
* Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff.
* Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures.
* Preparing and cooking food.
* Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
* May select and train staff.
* May freeze and preserve foods.
To be considered:
* Relevant qualification.
* Relevant experience (minimum 2 years experience).
