Star Phones, a well-established mobile accessories retailer with more than 55 stores across Australia, is currently hiring enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants to join its NSW team.
Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Newcastle NSW
Employment Type: Full-time & Part-time (24–50 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell mobile accessories such as phone cases, chargers, screen protectors, and power banks
* Assist customers with basic mobile phone repairs in a friendly and helpful manner
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs

* Confidence in engaging customers and upselling products
* Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals
* A team player who performs well in a fast-paced retail setting
Pay & Benefits:
* Competitive hourly pay ranging from $26.55 to $30
* Monthly bonuses between $1,000 and $1,500 based on performance
