This is a FIFO role with flights available from most major Australian cities, working a 2:1 roster on a long-term civil construction project.What We OfferPaid flights from agreed port of hire;Provided camp accommodation and meals on site;Annual retention bonus up to $3000;Exposure to a wide range of projects;Dedication to providing a high quality service and product;Focus on safety and innovation, zero harm.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate cranes in compliance with Australian Standards and Exact Contracting proceduresConduct daily pre-start checks and report any defects or issuesComplete lift plans, SWMS, and risk assessments as requiredCollaborate with supervisors, safety officers, and riggers to complete tasks safely and efficientlyOperate other plant as required when there are no crane requirementsRequirementsCurrent driver's licenceCurrent construction white cardMinimum C0 High Risk Work LicencePrevious plant operating experience on a civil project or mine site (desirable)Proven commitment to health and safetyDemonstrated ability to work effectively individually and in a team environmentPersonal drive and results orientatedOther Experience with PlantExcavators: CAT 36T-300T, Hitachi 30T-190TDozers: CAT D8, D9, D10 and D11Graders: CAT 12M, 14H/M, 16H/M and 24H/MLoaders: CAT 966, 980, 988 and 992Scrapers: CAT 623, 627, 657About Exact ContractingEstablished in Alice Springs in 1992, we are an Australian family owned company employing over 500 people nationally.
