We are seeking a Quality Manager to help in contributing to the success of projects within our Engineering Construction Division. This role will be based out of our Victoria Park office with ad hoc site visits when required.

What you will bring
As a Quality Manager you will actively provide leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring compliance with the Monadelphous quality management systems, Customer specification, contract requirements and ISO 9001.
Drawing on your previous experience, duties will include:
4. Lead operational quality activities, directing quality control.
5. Facilitate the establishment of multiple upfront project start-up deliverables project plan, establishing a road map with clear dates and deliverables required by the contracts
6. Support the recruitment and onboarding of multi-discipline project quality resources including providing an overview of project quality requirements, client introductions the handover of established quality documentation
7. Lead a work team culture of performance excellence. Provide advice, guidance and support to the Project Quality team to ensure effective provision of Quality services
8. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) advise to all project quality personnel and support to resolve technical quality issues
9. Manage offsite fabrication activities and resources and ensure work conformance against the specified criteria
10. Completion of project quality auditing, schedule development
11. Manage relationships with Customers, Subcontractor, and other project stakeholders.
12. Drive operations to continuously enhance processes and support change to sustain and enhance efficiency and effectiveness
13. Provide safety leadership. Identify hazards and advise on safety procedures. Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance.
We would love to talk to you if you have:
14. 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role, with robust knowledge of the operational quality environment.
15. Experience managing offsite fabrication activities & resources and ensuring work conformance against specified criteria.
16. Minimum CWIP 3.1 as well as onsite experience.
17. Internal auditor qualification and experience.
18. A good understanding and knowledge of Welding and NDT activities.
19. First class communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer facing focus.
20. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office software packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
