Business Development Manager – Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and customer‑focused Business Development Manager to join our Geelong team. This role blends new business development with strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:
* Identify, pursue, and secure new clients.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
* Prepare proposals, pricing and tenders.
Account Management:
* Manage existing client portfolio.
* Conduct account reviews.
* Provide proactive solutions and advice to clients.
Commercial & Market Insights:
* Monitor competitor activity.
* Maintain CRM records.

Who We're Looking For
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 3–5+ years' freight forwarding sales experience.
* Strong knowledge of international logistics.
* Proven sales achievements.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Technical:
