Transaction Advisory Services Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Transaction Advisory Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial due diligence on M&A transactions and Investigating Accountant engagements.

* This includes buy-side and sell-side due diligence on M&A transactions, IPO assignments, and other ad hoc advisory projects as required for corporate and private equity clients.
* The role involves planning of assignments, including identifying engagement risk and determining the appropriate strategy in conjunction with Managers and Partners.
* You will review and interpret financial statements and other financial data, prepare and review detailed financial analysis to illustrate key business drivers and performance indicators, and draft comprehensive and succinct due diligence reports, including executive summaries.

As an emerging leader, you will also be required to provide coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities to other team members, as well as participate in business development and networking activities.
