Are you a creative marketing professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We're looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our creative department. This is a great opportunity for a creative professional who is passionate about craft, keen to learn, and ready to contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences through campaigns, content creation, and Village's broader creative brand initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide production support for brand campaigns and content across the business
* Produce and adapt creative assets across digital, social, POS, digital signage, and in‐cinema formats.
* Assist on photo and video shoots, including on‐set logistics, asset organisation, and post‐shoot cataloguing.
* Assist with social and digital content production, including asset resizing and format adaptation.
What You'll Bring
* A tertiary qualification or current study in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
* Working knowledge of Figma.
* Strong attention to detail and solid time management skills.
* An ability to take direction and apply feedback constructively.
* A basic understanding of digital and print production processes.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
