Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our workwear business. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of over 200 existing accounts, ranging across multiple industries including construction, manufacturing, logistics, and trade services.
You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, supporting their workwear needs from outerwear and footwear to socks and industry-specific uniforms. Your responsibilities will include regular client visits, proactive phone engagement and showroom consultations to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and time management skills, a solution-focused attitude, and a genuine interest in building client relationships. The ideal candidate will live within a 30-minute drive of our head office to ensure prompt responsiveness and availability for on-site meetings or client visits.
