This company is an upper Tier 2 builder who are well known for delivering predominately Apartments, Hotels, Student Accommodation, Aged Care and Industrial projects spanning up to $180M. Role The relevant role is a Project Coordinator position to work across any of this business new developments throughout Melbourne. Responsibilities will include: Assist and prepare subcontractor quotes Assisting with project financials and cost tracking Interpret drawings, submit RFI's and PO's Ensure all documentation remains updated and relevant Liaise with relevant stakeholders and internal team Requirements Relevant Construction Management tertiary qualification Previous Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator experience for a Commercial Headcontractor heavily favorable Willingness to learn and determined mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Unlimited Australian working rights Interested?
