Customer Relationship Specialist
This is a challenging mid-senior level, full-time position that involves delivering exceptional customer service by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs.
Main Responsibilities:

* Educate and support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as the bank continues to innovate its offerings.
* Guide customers through personalized lending solutions by exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their financial objectives.

Requirements:
* Demonstrate proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
* Confidence in communicating with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
* Able to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.

* Experience in consumer lending is an asset but not essential.
