We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy office environment, providing exceptional customer service and support.
About the role:
* Respond to customer enquiries via email and inbound calls
* Manage own time and build quick rapport with customers
* Monitor orders and inventory
* Schedule deliveries for national distribution
* Process orders daily as per sampling policy
* Picking and packing products, coordinating orders with international customer service teams
* Billing of purchase orders from suppliers
* Coordinate samples replenishment or returns
Key responsibilities include:
* Effectively process all customer orders and samples in a timely manner
* Provide excellent customer support over the phone
* Represent the company in a positive and professional manner while interacting with key customers
* General ad hoc duties as required
About you:
* You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* You have experience working in a customer-facing role
* You have proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365
* You have strong organisational and self-motivation skills
