Roster: Full Time - 38 hour week - 4 on : 3 off - Days only

About the Role
Are you an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step with potential for future leadership?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Eastern Operations.
This position is based at our Atlas mine site which is approx. 3-hour drive from Mildura or a 4-hour drive from Central Victoria depending on your location! From Mildura you can securely lock up your car, sit back and relax on the regularly scheduled bus ride to and from Atlas.
This role is predominately based at our Atlas mine site, which boasts new and modern camp facilities, however, this role also supports our Broken Hill Processing Plant, which you will have the opportunity to travel to, when required.

The successful candidate will partner with business leaders and frontline managers, driving collaboration, productivity, and HR practices across the employee lifecycle. If you have strong generalist HR experience, thrive on variety and enjoy travelling between locations this role is for you!
Your key responsibilities
* Drive and implement best practices in HR processes and programs.
* Offer consulting advice on various industrial relations, employment, and HR matters.
* Support line managers in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing capabilities, and increasing employee engagement.
* Contribute to the implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, projects, and procedures at a site level.
* Coaching and supporting leaders by clarifying issues, presenting solutions and implementing change.
* Work with allocated departments to understand their business needs and drive a high performance, high capability culture.
About You
To be successful in your application, you will ideally possess:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* 5 years practical work experience in a HR generalist role.
* Experience working as a true business partner with strong stakeholder management skills
* Thorough understanding of applicable Australian employment laws.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling successful relationship building.
* Strong attention to detail, effectively managing time, planning, and evaluating tasks.
* Ability to take initiative and resolve pending issues.
* High level of computer literacy, data management and systems oriented.
