The Role:
1. This first level technical support position is responsible for professional and timely resolution or referral of technical issues that may involve hardware software communications installation or a blend of variables
2. Answer inbound phone calls to the Customer Support queue during assigned hours Respond to inbound emails related customer queries Provide pre-sales information about our products Leverage service calls into potential sales for energy storage systems Document all activity in a central CRM HelpDesk platform Troubles shoot basic technical issues related installations Escalate complex cases Engineer Technical Support staff Assist activate new sites as needed Coordinate Engineering tracking field-issues subsequent product-modifications logging bugs database Assistant admin tasks training education standards product-specific knowledge Represent via communications mediums skill: excellent verbal written communication
