The ISACA Sydney Chapter seeks a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support for its operation.

* Supporting the President and Executive Team with communication scheduling project coordination daily tasks weekly activities email campaigns newsletters member queries providing timely assistance event logistics venue liaison attendee tracking reminders follow-ups Board minutes action items chapter documentation coordinating scheduling monthly meetings accurate databases members contacts volunteers partners

* We are seeking an individual who is proactive, has excellent communication skills, able to work independently as well as part of a team. With experience in administration supporting senior management. Proven ability to multitask prioritize manage time effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy efficiency. Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office particularly Word Excel Outlook strong interpersonal networking written oral presentation skills delivering engaging results-driven communications.

* Additional requirements:
•Excellent organizational communication planning prioritizing problem-solving analytical thinking decision-making.
