Job Overview:


Fulfilling online orders with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of this role. Working as part of a dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.



* Key responsibilities include working closely with sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.

* Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods, to meet business needs.

* Physically capable of packing stock and performing other tasks as required.
