Location, Remuneration & Positions
Location: St. Paul’s, Caboolture - QLD
Remuneration: $31.10 to $33.94 per hour + Salary Packaging (up to $15,990 tax-free) + Casual Loading + Employee discounts
Positions: Casual (versatile to work across all shifts including weekends) and Permanent Part Time (flexible to work fixed roster shifts)
Responsibilities
- Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
- Work as part of a team; collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
- Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
- Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
- Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.
About You (Qualifications)
- Must have Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability).
- Must have experience in Aged Care or in a similar role.
- Current Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
