About the role
We're seeking experienced Surface Labourers and Trade Assistants based in Mount Isa, with a strong background in the resources sector. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience across copper, lead, and zinc operations and a proven ability to support different operations. Site-ready candidates highly desirable. We have roles available for immediate start as well as a solid pipeline of future opportunities.

Rosters & Pay rate
Flexible roster options available depending on operational needs: various pay rates based on roster and experience.
* 7/7 roster
* 2/1 roster
* 4/4 roster
Key Responsibilities
* Mechanical and industrial cleaning across plant areas
* High-pressure cleaning using various tools and equipment
* Manual labour tasks including shovelling and site clean-up
* Assisting in preparing plant areas for inspection
* Operating safely within lead environments (strict PPE requirements apply)
Requirements
* Available for immediate start
* Manual Driver's Licence (preferred)
* Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
* Previous experience in labouring or TA roles (highly regarded)
* Physically fit and capable of manual work
* Site inducted / site-ready candidates highly desirable
