Electrical Leadership Opportunity
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality electrical solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the work of electricians, ensuring effective execution of tasks, and upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide supervision and direction to construction craft personnel in the electrical discipline.
* Coordinate with other crafts to ensure proper integration and completion of projects.
* Maintain project standards by upholding safety, productivity, quality, and cost standards.
* Plan labor requirements and coordinate craft labor schedules to meet project timelines.
* Assist in forecasting and planning resources needed for electrical tasks and projects.
* Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.
* Monitor work quality and ensure it meets or exceeds project standards and compliance with regulations.
* Identify and resolve technical and logistical problems encountered by the electrical team.
* Provide technical guidance and training to the team on the latest electrical standards and practices.
* Report progress and challenges to project management to ensure transparency and prompt resolution of issues.
Requirements:
* Must be a US or Australian citizen.
* Hold a US TS/SCI Clearance w/Poly or an Australian PV clearance.
* Have a Journeyman or Master Electrical License (or AUS Equivalent).
* Have a minimum of seven years of electrical engineering experience.
* Have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
* Completion of courses or certifications in leadership or management is highly recommended.
* Training and certification in electrical safety, OSHA standards, and other relevant safety protocols.
