What You'll Do:
* Work as part of a wider team supporting our clients to reach their goals
* Attend meetings and client specific training sessions as required
* Provide personal, physical, emotional and social support using a person-centred approach.
* Support daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medications and personal errands.
* Assist with domestic activities such as cleaning, laundry and household tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment.
* Encourage meaningful engagement by facilitating participation in social/recreational activities, community access and building healthy relationships.
* Support effective communication and decision-making to promote independence and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For:

* Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable members of our community
* Availability for regular shifts for an ongoing roster
* Must have a current First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and relevant checks.
