As we prepare for this exciting chapter, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Campus to provide visionary leadership and establish a thriving, supportive, and innovative educational environment from day one.
At Kairos, we are committed to re-engaging young people in Years 10–12 who have disengaged from mainstream education. Our unique approach blends academic rigour with holistic care, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to achieve their Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) and transition confidently into further education, training, or employment. We are proud that 100% of our Year 12 graduates have achieved their QCE since our inception.
The Head of Campus will:
* Lead by example, building a safe and inclusive learning culture with high expectations
* Support and develop a team of educators and youth workers who are passionate about making a difference
* Build strong relationships with students, families, and the wider community
* Manage operations, compliance, and campus growth while keeping student outcomes at the centre
