North Coast Fire & Security is a long standing locally owned and operated business offering service, installation and maintenance solutions for fire protection and security systems along the Mid North Coast and North Coast of NSW. We are a growing business looking for motivated people to fill the role as a Passive Fire Technician in the Port Macquarie region.
What You'll Do:
Install, inspect, repair and maintain passive fire seals and fire & smoke door systems in buildings.
Uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance with relevant Australian Standards.
Collaborate closely with a dynamic team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients.
On the job training and formal training available where required.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in passive fire protection, particularly in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of fire seals and fire & smoke door systems.
Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards and building code requirements related to passive fire systems.
Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset, ensuring all work is compliant and of the highest quality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively across multiple job sites.

Remuneration package will be assessed on the skill and experience level of the applicant.Performance will be assessed and rewarded after an initial pay review at the successful completion of the probation period.
