Join Our Therapy Team in Rockhampton
We are looking to welcome a Program Manager to be responsible for all aspects of managing the Intensive Family Support program in Rockhampton. This includes budget oversight, practice supervision, quality management, and building the reputation of the service through local networks.
* Flexible Part Time (minimum 0.8FTE) or Full Time position.
* Government funded until 30 June 2030 with possible extension.
* Level 8 under the SCHCADS Salary range is $129,211 - $134,296 (Pro-Rata) + Super.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support team members to deliver high quality client outcomes.
* Meet regularly with other internal managers to increase practice consistency.
* Actively participate in the Local Level Alliance to develop integrated service delivery for families.
* Develop, implement and review innovative programs to meet client needs.
* Interpret financials and report findings, oversee budgets and approve expenditures.

About You
* Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (allied health, social work, human services).
* At least five (5) years' experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a similar environment.
* Highly developed knowledge of child protection issues and the child protection sector in Queensland.
* Ability to foster and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and the community.
