Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out
- Managing daily operations including reservations, guest inquiries, and room allocations
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance service quality, profitability, and team performance
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and care
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture
- Monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements where needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Front office Manager in the Hotel industry.
- Extensive background in hotel management
- Strong operational acumen with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Familiarity with hotel systems and booking platforms
- Must be willing to live on site and open to relocation
- Proficiency in using RMS will be highly regarded
