We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team as Recruitment Advisor in Operations, on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Manager People & Culture, this role will be responsible for Operational Recruitment, however cross training of both Corporate and Operational areas will be required.
The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for supporting line managers and P&C representatives within the business units to drive the end-to-end recruitment process. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be focused, and outcome driven to achieve optimal recruitment results for the business nationally.
**What are your responsibilities?**
- When required, support the same recruitment process for Corporate roles.
- Identifying and drive continuous improvement practices in recruitment, sourcing processes and systems.
- Consult with hiring line managers to create or update position descriptions in line with measurable and achievable KPI's.
- Consult with Manager People & Culture for Senior Corporate, General Manager or Executive level roles to create or update position descriptions, job adverts, salary banding and relevant role / recruitment information and instructions.
- Collate accurate Recruitment Requisition information for weekly approvals.
- When directed by the Manager People & Culture, liaise with Recruitment Agencies for difficult to recruit roles.
- Support the development of internal and external talent pools.
- Coordination of relevant pre-employment checks (references, medicals, visas and police checks).
- Completion of weekly and monthly tracking dashboard reports.
- Develop relevant interview guides in liaison with the hiring manager.
- Attend as a panel representative in interview assessments where required.
- Document control management; in particular Position Descriptions, Interview Guides, etc.
**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar end to end recruitment role in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritise multiple vacancies and manage a changing workload.
- Developing and implementing competency-based recruitment tools and systems.
- Excellent computer skills and experience in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) would be highly regarded.
- An organised approach to all processes and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, remembering all recruitment materials are customer facing and directly impact our brand and reputation.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships internally & externally.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
