As we continue to grow, we are looking for a **Recruitment Officer** to join our team and support our hiring needs across speech pathology, behaviour therapy, and support roles.
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, including social media recruitment campaigns
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
**About You**
We're looking for a proactive and people-focused professional with:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (preferably in healthcare/allied health)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for talent and a passion for building strong teams
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
