We are looking for people who will strive to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents while offering them dignity, safety, and independence. We offer a supportive environment with dedicated and experienced clinical teams on-site, a graduate nurse program coordinator to guide and support you along the way and a structured 12-month graduate nurse program covering a range of comprehensive clinical and development orientation models designed to develop and support you in your first year as a graduate nurse. Skills & Requirements for the Role: To be considered for this role, ideally we are looking for: Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA Less than 12 months of post registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse An understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements as a Registered Nurse Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team of like-minded care professionals An understanding of assessments and developing care plans Ability to learn to effectively communicate complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their representatives. An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards Demonstrated organisational and time management skills Demonstrated well developed computer and documentation skills Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
