Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Plainland, QLD. The Salesperson will manage customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience for our clients. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, processing sales orders, coordinating product deliveries, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will work closely with the team to contribute to the growth and success of Hunter Hay.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proven sales ability, including meeting targets and building client relationships
Knowledge of agricultural products, specifically hay and livestock needs, is an advantage
Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to customers
Proficiency with sales software and basic computer skills
Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
A valid driver's license and familiarity with the logistics involved in product delivery
Previous sales experience or a background in agriculture is highly desirable
