About the role:
Join the Choir of Trinity College in a dynamic 0.4 FTE role combining administrative coordination with pastoral care. Supporting the Director of Music, you'll manage event logistics and calendars while ensuring the wellbeing of choristers during rehearsals and annual tours. This flexible position requires on-campus attendance on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, offering a rare opportunity to support the operations and heart of a premier international musical program.

Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and event logistics. You are a sensitive communicator capable of providing high-level pastoral support and maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency in digital tools—including basic web maintenance and graphic design—is required, while familiarity with Anglican liturgical traditions and experience with the Synergetic database are highly regarded.
Employment Type and Salary Range: This is a part-time, fixed-term position, commencing on 16 February 2026 and ending on 11 December 2026. Salary is Band Level 1.3 FTE $71,048 plus 17.5% leave loading plus 12% superannuation.
