An opening has arisen for an HR Officer to join a well-known business based on the Northern Beaches. They are a large company with an outstanding office culture and a friendly and supportive team.
**Description**

Duties will Include, but not limited to;
- Providing HR Administration support to the wider team
- Running numerous reports, including leave and absenteeism
- Assisting with reviews and updates of internal HR documentation
- Guidance and advice in line with company policies and procedures
- Monitoring the HR Department shared inbox
- Meeting with line managers to discuss staffing changes or requirements
**Profile**

As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Previous experience within a similar generalist role
- Excellent communication style and ability
- Confidence and strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organization and attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature
