The Job Description:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will work in a family-friendly, supportive environment driven by strong values. Your key responsibilities will include providing complex care and support to participants with challenging behaviours, completing medical charts and records, supporting personal care, recognising and understanding individual changes, and performing domestic duties for a clean and hygienic environment and workplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability Support
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You)
* Working with Children Check
* Driver's Licence
* Ability to support clients with an intellectual disability and high behaviours

* Able to work various shifts including passive sleepover
* Must be able to drive participant's vehicle
