Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging and fulfilling role. The primary function of the Computer Systems Technician role is to set up the business for growth by improving current internal systems, technology tools, and processes throughout the organisation with a particular focus on the company's primary platform.
Key Responsibilities include:
* API analysis of Insphire and related software within the business
* Providing support and responding to inquiries relating to software queries from users
* Provide mentoring and training to employees in systems and software including ensuring documented training manuals are maintained to train users on system use
* Adapting existing programs to optimise processes and workflows
* Supporting the organisation through system implementation changes (post implementation/upgrade support)
* Maintaining a register of all business systems, licenses, and user counts and ensuring user access is commensurate with employee duties.
* Coordinating and overseeing updates to Insphire software
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must have an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (or equivalent); or at least three years of relevant experience.
Skills and Requirements:
* Proven experience in using Insphire software - data tables, reports, processes (mandatory).
* SQL Report writing skills - building data warehouses and proficiency in coding Language.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building and managing data analysis tools (eg Excel, business intelligence tools).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
* Problem solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
