ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate, creative Graphic Designer. Working as part of the Marketing Department, the Graphic Design team is responsible for developing visual communications campaigns to achieve maximum marketing impact.
This is a part‐time, fixed‐term maternity cover role of 22.8 hours per week, commencing May 2026 for 9 months, with the possibility of extension. The role is located onsite at our beautiful North Parramatta campus with free onsite parking.

To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:
* Experience in a similar role or position preferred. A portfolio of previous work will be required to demonstrate a good knowledge of brief interpretation, creative flair and the use of design software.
* Knowledge, skills and experience in the full Adobe Suite Skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects).
* Proven ability to design and produce creative assets for digital channels including websites, social media, email campaigns and digital advertising.
* Talent in generating ideas and transforming concepts into visual execution.
* Eye for detail and design, commitment to enhancing customer understanding.
* Ability to adhere to the organisation's brand guidelines, maintaining visual integrity across all digital and print materials.
* Understanding of visual communications best practice.
* Proven ability to simultaneously manage a number of projects and activities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Methodical, practical and creative approach to problem solving.
* Personable, enthusiastic, flexible and confident.
* Creative and innovative thinker.
* An ability to be a self‐starter and work well independently as well as collegially.
* Continued desire to learn and grow.
