We are seeking an experienced and talented senior chef to work closely with the executive chef to oversee our kitchen operations, lead a passionate team and design menus that delight our guests. 
You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation while ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations. 
Key responsibilities 
- Reporting through to the executive chef, the senior chef will… 
- Demonstrate a high level of competency in the pan section of the kitchen. 
- Assist with leading, training and inspiring the kitchen team. 
- Contribute towards the creation and execution of seasonal menus and specials 
- Oversee food preparation, cooking and presentation to ensure consistent high standards. 
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards. 
- Collaborate with management to deliver exceptional guest experiences. 
What we are looking for 
- Proven experience in Italian cuisine as a senior chef in a hotel or fine dining environment. 
- Strong leadership and communication skills. 
- Creative flare with a focus on quality and innovation. 
- Excellent organizational and time management ability.
