Culture & Benefits Base salary varies depending on experience | $55,000 to $65,000 Super Progression into office coordinator down the line or any progression into property management or sales Close knit and long standing team – they like to train staff from the ground up and promote from withing the business Multi-office network with a strong emphasis on team culture, happiness & collaborative environment where each member of staff feels supported and motivated. No hierarchy or egos - join a Director who puts their staff first! Rapidly growing Agency in Perth's North - they have grown to 4 offices in the past 10 years Supportive and involved management who recognise and reward hard work Career progression and continuous training and support - they promote from within. The Position, but not limited to Manage reception duties, including answering incoming calls and directing them to the right person or department Provide accounts and administrative support, including entering and processing invoices Greet clients and guide them to meeting rooms, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment Assist with sales administration and other general office administration tasks Help coordinate staff functions and team events Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable office space Manage stationery and office supply orders (Optional) Assist with social media updates and content, if interested Be a proactive, helpful team player who supports colleagues wherever needed Skills and Experience require Our client is all about attitude and determination.
