Responsibilities:
* Drive bike and accessory sales with enthusiasm and expert product knowledge
* Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and advice
* Manage rental bookings and ensure a smooth hire fleet setup
* Create and follow up on repair orders, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our bikes and store
* Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a bike-related role or a strong background in sales and customer service
* A passion for cycling and the willingness to learn about our products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
