The Role
Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of weekly payroll while also supporting broader finance operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Processing weekly payroll for employeesInterpreting and applying multiple Enterprise Agreements, individual contracts, and casual awardsMaintaining payroll accuracy, compliance, and reconciliationSupporting leave, allowance, and payroll-related reportingAssisting with accounts payable and receivable as part of a cross-skilled finance teamProviding payroll insights that support month-end and financial reportingAssisting with payroll processes during and after ERP system implementation

Proven experience in payroll processing within a complex award environmentStrong award and EA interpretation skillsExperience working in medium to large organisations (blue-collar or operational environments highly regarded)Confidence learning new payroll systems and processesA collaborative mindset and willingness to support broader finance tasksStrong attention to detail and clear communication skills
