Customer service consultant (roadside & towing) (kawana)

Purpose of the Role

As the Customer Service Consultant, you will engage with our customers to deliver a high-quality customer experience, managing towing and assistance requests calls, managing cases from end-to-end. This role reports into CIS Assist Frontline Team Leader. The role is based in Kawana on the Sunshine Coast and is an 'in-office' role.

Position Accountabilities

• Focusing on first-call resolution, manage incoming calls from end-to-end
• Work collaboratively with the team, actively contributing to the team in a positive & engaging way
• Build highly effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Comply with all industry specific Acts, Codes and Regulations, as well as all company policies & procedures

Knowledge and Experience

• A passion or interest in motor vehicles
• Experience in a customer focused role with a genuine care for helping people
• Highly developed communication skills, adaptable, able to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment
• Ability to work in a call centre environment
• Demonstrated experience in identifying customer's needs, clarifying information, and actioning suitable outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships & collaborate with others
