We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and manufacturing projects.
This role involves strengthening commercial performance through margin protection, forecasting, and contract administration. You will also develop and mentor project managers and coordinators, enhancing capability and governance.
Responsibilities:
* Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering and manufacturing projects from start to finish.
* Commercial Management: Strengthen commercial performance by protecting margins, forecasting revenue, and managing contracts.
* Talent Development: Develop and mentor project managers and coordinators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
* 7-10+ years of experience delivering complex engineering/manufacturing projects.
* Proven leadership experience across project teams and cross-functional delivery.
* Strong commercial and contract administration skills (RFIs, EOTs, variations, claims).
